Kehau G. — August 05, 2026 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was awesome! My Bubba boy can be stubborn and has a tricky feeding routine so I was super appreciative of her taking him on. I received texts and pictures of him while I was on my vacation which helped me feel relaxed knowing he was being well cared for. No complaints, would absolutely book again. Thanks again!
Jamie M. — August 03, 2026 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was super professional and sweet with Mitzi. Great communication, have her watch Mitzi again anytime!
Janie B. — August 02, 2026 — VERIFIED STAY I can't recommend this pet sitter highly enough! She went far above and beyond what I expected. Not only did she provide exceptional care for my pets, but she also helped me troubleshoot a scheduling mix-up and patiently worked through issues with my pets' automatic feeder to make sure everything was running smoothly.
It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was proactive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in my pets' well-being. On top of that, she sent the funniest, silliest photo updates that absolutely made my day and reassured me my pets were happy and well cared for.
If you're looking for someone who is reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and truly goes the extra mile, look no further. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

Katie K. — November 29, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai provided great report cards at every drop in visit – often with fun details about who our dog met while out on the walk (both human and canine). She was able to manage eye drops, special hygiene needs, and cater to our dog's vision and hearing impairments. We would recommend Sarai and hope to rebook with her in the future.

Heather H. — August 03, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai did great job dropping in with Kitty. She followed all instructions, asked questions when she wasn't clear and provided a cat food cover of her own when ours wasn't available. She shared daily pictures and notes, too. Best of all, when faced with a potential emergency… a tsunami warning… Sarai reached out and was prepared to come and get Kitty and evacuate to a safe place with her. Sarai is a problem solver, a proactive thinker, and she follows through. You're pet is in good hands with Sarai as your sitter!
Scott W. — July 19, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY We have three kitties, with one being especially troublesome with her potty habits. Sarai gave each kitty extra special love and attention and cleaned up after the kitties, even those more troublesome messes. Her checkin photos were delightful, felt like our fur babies were posing for all of them. Highly recommend this sitter for all your needs, whatever kind of pet you have.
Julia T. — July 01, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was great with my relatively high maintenance cats. One has asthma and needs a twice daily inhaler, and the other needs a twice daily lysine supplement for her eyes. They also need to be separated due to not getting along. Sarai was great at accommodating all their needs. I really appreciated the daily pictures :)

Noriko — May 28, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Besides taking care of kitties , I asked her to use the hand vacuum to prevent from bugs multiplying and when I came back 3 weeks later, it's bug free! The main thing is that cats are healthy and happy. Thank you!
Michael B. — May 23, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Great service and took good care of our kitties. They were well fed and kept the litter boxes and water filled. Also took out the trash which was very nice after our long 2 week trip.
Celynna C. — May 14, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was amazing since the initial contact via the Rover App! She was informative and asked the right questions to get to know our furbaby. Naomi P. — April 04, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Repeat client here! We had a mishap happen this time but Sarai handled everything for us. I appreciate her honesty and willingness to correct the situation. Despite what happened, I still give her 5 stars because not only did she address the situation at the time, she followed through on everything that was promised. Aside from being someone who cares a lot about animals, she is a genuine person overall.
John C. — April 01, 2025 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai is exactly the kind of sitter I've been looking for! Not only is she reliable and understanding of last minute changes but she always helps out when work unexpectedly calls me in. I had two previous negative experiences with rover sitters, almost gave up on the platform itself, but boarding places are expensive and would likely be stressful for my cat. Sarai took the weight off my shoulders and gave me lots of updates during her visits, which gave me peace of mind knowing my cat was well taken care of. I highly recommend her services and will be booking with her again in the near future

Nick B. — October 18, 2024 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was amazing! She was very professional and was great with the kitties Very easy to get in touch with and communicated frequently on the cats' status. She kept them fed and their boxes clean and played with them whenever they came out (very skiddish even with friends, but warmed up to her!) and sent us plenty of pics. Thank you so much Sarai, we'll definitely be using your services again whenever we're out of town!
Naomi P. — October 12, 2024 — VERIFIED STAY I was very glad to have Sarai drop in twice a day to care for my dog, Luna, while we were out of town. She sent me multiple pictures every time she stopped by and I was so happy to see them and know she was taken care of. Sarai notified me when she was a little late for a drop in and I greatly appreciate her openness and honesty. It's a worrisome feeling knowing you have no one to watch your pets if you're out of town. I did not want to stress Luna and board her somewhere as she is very comfortable at home. I am happy I found Sarai and would have her care for Luna again in the future.

Shaun F. — June 10, 2024 — VERIFIED STAY Sarai was very helpful and accommodating even from our first interaction. She worked around my schedule to meet with me to get the keys when I had a hectic schedule with finishing up work before a big trip. The entire time I was gone she took excellent care of my dog and she was consistent and thorough on sending updates. She follows care instructions to thoroughly and both my pet and home were safe in her hands. She went above and beyond to ensure my furry family member received love and everything he needed while I was away for several weeks. She was also very flexible in working with the weird rules of our Condo and Security requirements. In general, she had a pleasant demeanor and gives the vibe that she really loves animals.
